New Installations

We offer a wide and varied range of electrical and mechanical installation packages to cover both commercial and industrial businesses and the service and leisure sectors. Finalised electrical systems are presented as computer aided design drawings and schematics. On completion of all new installations, test and inspection is carried out on the system and certification issued along with any required hand over file.

LOW VOLTAGE WORKS
We install various manufacturer’s switch gear and cabling systems and are experienced and fully conversant with both single phase and three phase work.

HIGH VOLTAGE WORKS
As part of our total installation packages, we carry out the design build and installation of high voltage systems. As part of our service we liaise fully with the electricity provider to give a total solutions package.

LIGHTING SYSTEMS
We will tailor make a suitable lighting package to suit individual requirements. We can calculate the number of fittings required to illuminate a particular area, and the most suitable fittings for the environment they are working in. Decorative lighting systems are also available for the more commercial, service and leisure industry applications. Bespoke exterior lighting incorporates both security and safety into the design process.

HEATING, VENTILATION & AIR-CONDITIONING
We supply mechanical air circulation fans through to hi-tech air conditioning units suitable for varying degrees of application and capable of working in numerous environments. These include single split systems & multi split systems, GRF and VRV systems. We supply and install both gas and oil fired and free blowing warm air heating units for industrial and commercial applications. Also a wide range of central heating systems including high efficiency condensing boilers, traditional cylinder systems, combination boilers and mains pressure invented cylinders. Also rooftop units for cooling only, reverse cycle heat pump systems and gas fired DX cooling units.

FIRE ALARMS
All fire alarms are designed and installed in accordance with BS 7671 and BS5839. Completed systems are issued with commissioning and test certifications.

INTRUDER ALARMS
Providing both basic alarms through to the most advanced remote monitored systems, many systems available are also NACOSS approved alarms.

EMERGENCY LIGHTING
The installation of emergency lighting systems is carried out to comply with BS EN 1838 and BS 5266. On completion of the installation certification is issued. o CCTV - A range of systems are available to suit individual customer requirements. These include remote monitoring systems linked back to a monitoring service provider.

COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEMS
Can be designed, supplied and installed for all types of industrial applications.
